Mediation Services Fee Schedule
At Mediation Florida, we offer competitive and transparent pricing for our virtual mediation services:

✔ Two-Party Mediations: $250 per hour, per party ($500 total per hour)
✔ Three-Party Mediations: $200 per hour, per party ($600 total per hour)
✔ Four or More Parties: $175 per hour, per party ($700 and up per hour)
✔ Global Settlement Conferences: $500 per hour
For each scheduled mediation, an additional 0.7 hours will be included on the invoice to cover the administration of essential pre- and post-mediation services. These services may include, but are not limited to, discussions with parties, attorneys, and representatives, reviewing mediation stipulations and court orders, and handling all communication related to scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming the mediation. Any time spent reviewing mediation reports and attachments, preparing settlement agreements and/or filing of reports to the court will be billed separately. The parties are responsible for filing the Notice of Mediation and contemporaneously providing it to Mediation Florida as well as for scheduling and paying for translators if needed.
Session Duration & Minimum Fees
✔ Half-Day Sessions: Scheduled from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (3-hour session). Minimum Charge 3 hours.​​

✔ Full-Day Sessions: Scheduled from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6-hour session plus a 1-hour break). Minimum charge 6 hours.​​
Billing and Payment Terms
✔ Law Firms: Invoices are issued post-mediation, with payment due within 15 days of the invoice date.
✔ Pro Se Parties: A $500 deposit is required upon scheduling, with the remaining balance due immediately after mediation.​
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Mediation Florida accepts engagements to the exclusion of scheduling other work during the reserved time. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following policies apply to all scheduled mediations:

✔ All Cancellations or Rescheduling Requests must be submitted via email to admin@mediationflorida.com.

Half-Day Cancellations (Less than 7 calendar days' notice): 3-hour fee applies

Full-Day Cancellations (Less than 7 calendar days' notice): 6-hour fee applies​
✔ Rescheduling requests received 7 or more days calendar in advance may be accommodated without penalty.
✔ Cancellation / Reschedule fees may only be waived if the reserved time slot is re-booked with another mediation.
Unless otherwise agreed, all parties and their attorneys share equal responsibility for any incurred cancellation fees.
Additional Information
Our fees cover standard administrative expenses, including clerical work. Any extraordinary expenses will be communicated in advance.
